How can you inspire different learners to be active participants in the group?

Training teachers globally — from Vietnam to Australia

I have delivered training sessions in various different location from Australia to Vietnam by training adults working with the children. I have led workshops, presentations, virtual classrooms for early year professionals and family days for parents.

Audience: Early Year Centers in Australia, Vietnam and Saudi-Arabia

Responsibilities: Instructional Design, Subject Matter Expert, Visual Design

Tools Used: Keynote, Google Sites

The clients are the private early year sectors interested to learn more about the holistic and playful way of teaching the children. During the last two years, I have been actively implemented trainings online and onsite environments.

Onsite I have visited Saudi-Arabia, Australia and Vietnam by delivering workshops, presentations and mentoring to the local professionals. When planning the training content, I use various teaching strategies to engage different learners.

Online trainings have been implemented as synchronous learning through virtual classrooms arranged through zoom calls. The objectives of these trainings varies between the topics, but as a trainer, my ongoing goal is to inspire the teachers to share their experiences and knowledge with each other. I often divide the participants into breakoutrooms and use tools such as padlet, google jamboard and other group discussion forums to spark the conversations.
